CHAP. 2343.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Martha Howard. May 7, 1906.[[H. R. 17235](/us/bill/34/hr/17235).][[Private, No. 2195](/us/pvt/34/2195).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theMartha Howard.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Martha Howard, widow of Lewis S.
C. Howard, late of Company F, First Regiment Tennessee Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that she is receiving, and two dollars per month additional on account of each of the two minor children of the soldier until they shall arrive at the age of sixteen years. Approved, May 7, 1906.
