CHAP. 234.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Kate M. Miner. January 18, 1907.[[S. 6239](/us/bill/34/s/6239).][[Private, No. 215](/us/pvt/34/215).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Kate M. Miner.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 2273laws, the name of Kate M.
Miner, widow of Nelson H. Miner, late of Company E, Hatch’s battalion Minnesota Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, January 18, 1907.
