CHAP. 2311.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Sheldon B. Fargo. May 7, 1906.[[H. R. 16023](/us/bill/34/hr/16023).][[Private, No. 2163](/us/pvt/34/2163).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Sheldon B. Fargo.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Sheldon B.
Fargo, late of Captain Lamerick’s company, Oregon Volunteers, Oregon and Washington Territory Indian war, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, May 7, 1906.
