CHAP. 2307.— An Act Granting a pension to Harry D. McFarland. May 7, 1906.[[H. R. 15895](/us/bill/34/hr/15895).][[Private, No. 2169](/us/pvt/34/2169).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theHarry D. McFarland.Pension. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Harry D. McFarland, helpless and dependent child of James McFarland, late of Company F. Second Regiment New Jersey Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate, of twelve dollars per month. Approved, May 7, 1906.
