CHAP. 2306.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Richard Jones. March 1, 1907.[[S. 5380](/us/bill/34/s/5380).][[Private, No. 2114](/us/pvt/34/2114).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Richard Jones.Pension increased.Interior be, and lie is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Richard Jones, late of Company E, One hundred and seventy-fourth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
