CHAP. 2300.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Nancy A. E. Hoffman. March 1, 1907.[[S. 5125](/us/bill/34/s/5125).][[Private, No. 2138](/us/pvt/34/2138).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Nancy A. E. Hoffman.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Nancy A.
E. Hoffman, widow of Nimrod N. Hoffman, late of Company B, Thirteenth Regiment United States Infantry, war with Mexico, and first lieutenant Company A. First Regiment West Virginia Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, March 1, 1907.
