CHAP. 2296.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Caleb M. Tarter. May 7, 1906.[[H. R. 15621](/us/bill/34/hr/15621).][[Private, No. 2148](/us/pvt/34/2148).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Caleb M. Tarter.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1907laws, the name of Caleb M.
Tarter, late of Company H, Fourth Regiment Kentucky Volunteers, war with Mexico, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, May 7, 1906.
