CHAP. 2282.— An Act To provide and maintain for the port of Galveston, Texas, a customs boarding boat. March 1, 1907. [[S. 7684](/us/bill/59/s/7684).] [[Public, No. 151](/us/pl/59/151).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and Hawse of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That there shall be provided Customs.Boarding boat for Galveston, Tex.for the port of Galveston, Texas, a motor boarding boat, and that the sum of ten thousand dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary 1012for this purpose, be, and the same is hereby, appropriated out of any Proviso.Use elsewhere.money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated: *Provided*, The Secretary of the Treasury may use said boat at any other customs port in the United States, as the exigencies of the service may require.
