CHAP. 2281.— An Act To create the Barnaby road, from its intersection with the Livingston road to the District line, a public highway in the District of Columbia. March 1, 1907. [[S. 6993](/us/bill/59/s/6993).] [[Public, No. 150](/us/pl/59/150).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Barnaby road, fromDistrict of Columbia.Barnaby road made a public highway. its intersection with the Livingston road to the District line, shall be regarded and treated by the Commissioners of the District of Columbia as a public highway of the said District, and if dedication of any partDedication. of this road may be considered necessary the Commissioners are hereby authorized and directed to accept such dedication, free of cost to the District of Columbia.
