CHAP. 2275.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Riley M. Smiley. May 7, 1906.[[H. R. 14993](/us/bill/34/hr/14993).][[Private, No. 2127](/us/pvt/34/2127).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Riley M. Smiley.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the. provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Kiley M.
Smiley, late of Company A, Twenty-third Regiment Missouri Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lien of that he is now receiving. Approved, May 7, 1906.
