CHAP. 2261.— An Act Granting a pension to Daniel Schaffner. February 28, 1907.[[S. 7078](/us/bill/34/s/7078).][[Private, No. 2114](/us/pvt/34/2114).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Daniel Schaffner.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place, on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Daniel Schaffner, late of Company E. Gasconade County Battalion Missouri Home Guards, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 28, 1907.
