CHAP. 226.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Ann Betts. February 10, 1906.[[H. R. 7878](/us/bill/59/hr/7878).][[Private, No. 212](/us/pvt/59/212).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Ann Bette. Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Ann Betts, widow of Joseph Ellis Betts, late of Captain Jonathan Brook’s company, Third Regiment United States Artillery, war of eighteen hundred and twelve, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
