CHAP. 2219.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Mildred W. Mitchell. May 7, 1906.[[H. R. 12059](/us/bill/34/hr/12059).][[Private, No. 2071](/us/pvt/34/2071).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theMildred W. Mitchell.Pension increased. tension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mildred W.
Mitchell, widow of James T. Mitchell, ate of Company F, First Regiment North Carolina Volunteers, war with Mexico, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, May 7, 1906.
