CHAP. 2218.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Henry Jacob Fox. May 7, 1906.[[H. R. 12019](/us/bill/34/hr/12019).][[Private, No. 2070](/us/pvt/34/2070).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theHenry Jacob Fox.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Henry Jacob Fox, late first lieutenant Company E, Eleventh Regiment Maryland Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
