CHAP. 2213.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Jennie P. Starkins. May 7, 1906.[[H. R. 11821](/us/bill/34/hr/11821).][[Private, No. 2065](/us/pvt/34/2065).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Jennie P. Starkins.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Jennie P.
Starkins, widow of Joseph Starkins, late of the U. S. S. North Carolina, Mohawk, and Mary Sanford, United States Navy, and pay her a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, May 7, 1906.
