CHAP. 2210.— An Act Granting a pension to Emma A. Smith. May 7, 1906.[[H. R. 11654](/us/bill/34/hr/11654).][[Private, No. 2062](/us/pvt/34/2062).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theEmma A. Smith.Pension. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Emma A. Smith, helpless and dependent daughter of Samuel F.
Smith, late of Company II, One hundred and fiftieth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, May 7, 1906.
