CHAP. 2195.— An Act Granting a pension to Ellen S. Cushman. May 7, 1906.[[H. R. 10775](/us/bill/34/hr/10775).][[Private, No. 2047](/us/pvt/34/2047).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Ellen S. Cushman.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Ellen S. Cushman, helpless and dependent sister of Benjamin S. Cushman, late of Company B, Tenth Regiment Maine Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, May 7, 1906.
