CHAP. 2174.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Jacob Berry. February 28, 1907.[[S. 3997](/us/bill/34/s/3997).][[Private, No. 2027](/us/pvt/34/2027).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Jacob Berry.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Jacob Berry, late of Company E, Seventh Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
