CHAP. 2162.— An Act Granting a pension to Inez Talkington. May 7, 1906.[[H. R. 8820](/us/bill/34/hr/8820).][[Private, No. 2014](/us/pvt/34/2014).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theInez Talkington.Pension. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Inez Talkington, helpless and dependent daughter of Robert Talkington, late of Company A, Ninth Regiment Indiana Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, May 7, 1906.
