CHAP. 216.— An Act Granting a pension to Rachel A. Dailey. February 10, 1906.[[H. R. 7423](/us/bill/59/hr/7423).][[Private, No. 202](/us/pvt/59/202).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Rachel A. Dailey. Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Rachel A. Dailey, widow of Esaias Dailey, late captain Company C, Forty-seventh Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month. Approved, February 10, 1906.
