CHAP. 216.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Isaac C. Phillips. January 18, 1907.[[S. 5826](/us/bill/34/s/5826).][[Private, No. 197](/us/pvt/34/197).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Isaac C. Phillips.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 2269laws, the name of Isaac C.
Phillips, late of Company B, Fifth Regiment Michigan Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, January 18, 1907.
