CHAP. 2150.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Eugene Orr, alias Charles Southard. May 7, 1906.[[S. 7902](/us/bill/34/s/7902).][[Private, No. 2002](/us/pvt/34/2002).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Eugene Orr, alias Charles Southard.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Eugene Orr. alias Charles Southard, late master-at- arms U.
S. S. North Carolina. Oneida, and Bienville. United States Navy, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, May 7, 1906.
