CHAP. 2147.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Annie E. Smith. February 28, 1907.[[S. 2336](/us/bill/34/s/2336).][[Private, No. 2000](/us/pvt/34/2000).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Annie E. Smith.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Annie E.
Smith, widow of Henry II. Smith, late of Company C. Twenty-sixth Regiment Michigan Volunteer Infantry, and One hundred and sixteenth Company, Second Battalion. Veteran Reserve Corps, and pay her a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, February 28, 1907.
