CHAP. 2139.— An Act Granting a pension to Alice W. Powers. May 7, 1906.[[H. R. 6949](/us/bill/34/hr/6949).][[Private, No. 1991](/us/pvt/34/1991).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Alice W. Powers.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Alice W. Powers, helpless and dependent daughter of Neville J. Powers, late of Company G, Tenth Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, May 7, 1906.
