CHAP. 2138.— An Act Granting a pension to Jane Agnew. February 28, 1907.[[S. 1622](/us/bill/34/s/1622).][[Private, No. 1991](/us/pvt/34/1991).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Jane Agnew.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Jane Agnew, widow of John Agnew, late acting third assistant engineer, United States Navy, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month.
