CHAP. 2123.— An Act Granting a pension to Joseph E. Green. May 7, 1906.[[H. R. 4669](/us/bill/34/hr/4669).][[Private, No. 1975](/us/pvt/34/1975).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Joseph E. Green.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Joseph E. Green, late second-class apprentice, United States ship James K. Polk, United States Navy, war with Mexico, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, May 7, 1906.
