CHAP. 2121.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Ruth E. Rogers. February 28, 1907.[[S. 161](/us/bill/34/s/161).][[Private, No. 1974](/us/pvt/34/1974).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Ruth E. Rogers.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the 2667pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Ruth E.
Rogers, widow of Alexander B. Rogers, late of Company H, Fifteenth Regiment Iowa Volunteer Infantry, and Company 11, Fourth Regiment United States Veteran Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, February 28, 1907.
