CHAP. 2120.— An Act Granting a pension to Frances E. Maloon. May 7, 1906.[[H. R. 4264](/us/bill/34/hr/4264).][[Private, No. 1972](/us/pvt/34/1972).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theFrances E. Maloon.Pension. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. the name of Frances E. Maloon, widow of Solon H. Maloon, late carpenter, United States ship Vandalia, United States Navy, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, May 7, 1906.
