CHAP. 212.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Jared Ayer. January 18, 1907.[[S. 5740](/us/bill/34/s/5740).][[Private, No. 193](/us/pvt/34/193).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Jared Ayer.Pension Increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Jared Ayer, late unassigned company, Second Regiment New York Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that be is now receiving.
