CHAP. 2118.— An Act For the relief of John and David West. February 28, 1907.[[H. R. 18865](/us/bill/34/hr/18865).][[Private, No. 1971](/us/pvt/34/1971).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the John and David West.Reimbursement.Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to John and David West, of Cathlamet, Wahkiakum County, State of Washington, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of eighty-eight dollars and fifty cents, as a reimbursement in full for all damage to their dock or wharf in the Columbia River at Cathlamet accidentally inflicted by the United States dredge W.
