CHAP. 2111.— An Act Granting a pension to Nanny E. Hayes. February 27, 1907.[[H. R. 21639](/us/bill/34/hr/21639).][[Private, No. 1965](/us/pvt/34/1965).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Nanny E. HayesPension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the tension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Nanny E. Hayes, dependent mother of David Hayes, ate of Company II, Second Regiment Arkansas Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 27, 1907.
