CHAP. 2098.— An Act For the relief of the Mitsui Bussan Kaisha. February 27, 1907.[[H. R. 9289](/us/bill/34/hr/9289).][[Private, No. 1952](/us/pvt/34/1952).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the sum of six hundred Mitsui Bussan Kaisha.Payment to.dollars be, and is hereby, appropriated to the Mitsui Bussan Kaisha for damages to their steamer Hikosan Maru, caused by collision with a coal hulk owned by the United States Quartermaster’s Department on July thirty-first, nineteen hundred and two; and that the further sum of nine hundred and forty eight dollars and twenty-seven cents be, and is hereby, appropriated to the Mitsui Bussan Kaisha for damages to their chartered steamer Shirley, caused by collision with a coal hulk owned by the United States Quartermaster’s Department in Manila Bay on March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and two, making altogether the sum of one thousand five hundred and forty-eight dollars and twenty-seven cents.
