CHAP. 2097.— An Act For the relief of Miss Bernice Farrell. February 27, 1907.[[H. R. 8078](/us/bill/34/hr/8078).][[Private, No. 1951](/us/pvt/34/1951).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Bernice Farrell.Payment to.Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Alias Bernice Farrell, of Saint Paul, Minnesota, the sum of four hundred dollars, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, which sum was erroneously paid by her for the entry of public lands in the local land office of the Duluth (Minnesota) district, on November twenty-fifth, nineteen hundred and three, which entry was subsequently relinquished by said Bernice Farrell at the request of officers of the United States.
