CHAP. 2095.— An Act For the relief of M. D. Wright and Robert Neill. February 27, 1907.[[H. R. 5622](/us/bill/34/hr/5622).][[Private, No. 1949](/us/pvt/34/1949).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That there is hereby appropriated, and the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized to pay, out ofM. D. Wright and Robert Neill.Reimbursement. the fund standing to the credit of the United States from deposits 2660made by individuals for the survey of public lands in the Treasury of the United States not otherwise appropriated, the sum of sixty dollars to M.
D. Wright and Robert Neill. This appropriation is made to reimburse M. I). Wright and Robert Neill for a like amount of money deposited May twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred and three, in the Boise City National Bank to the credit of the United States, to cover cost of survey of Waterloo and Victoria placer-mining claims, per certificate numbered five hundred and thirty-seven, which survey has been abandoned by the United States.
