CHAP. 2092.— An Act For the relief of Patrick J. Madden. February 27, 1907.[[H. R. 4271](/us/bill/34/hr/4271).][[Private, No. 1946](/us/pvt/34/1946).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay toPatrick J. Madden.Payment to. Patrick J. Madden the sum of two hundred and twenty-three dollars and seventy-one cents, being the amount of money which was stolen from the Cambridgeport (Massachusetts) station of the Boston post-office, and paid to the Post-Office Department by said Madden, under protest, on March thirty-first, eighteen hundred and ninety-one, at which time said Madden was a clerk in said station, said robbery being through no fault or negligence on the part of said Madden.
