CHAP. 2090.— An Act For the relief of Barclay H. Warburton. February 27, 1907.[[H. R. 3577](/us/bill/34/hr/3577).][[Private, No. 1944](/us/pvt/34/1944).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That there is hereby Barclay H. Warburton.Reimbursement.appropriated, out of any funds not otherwise appropriated, the sum of one thousand and seventy-nine dollars, for the purpose of reimbursing Barclay H. Warburton, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, for revolvers, holsters, and cartridge boxes furnished by him to the United States Government while serving as captain of Light Battery A, National Guard of Pennsylvania, for the equipment of said company during the war with Spain.
