CHAP. 2089.— An Act For the relief of the heirs of John Smith. February 27, 1907.[[H. R. 2926](/us/bill/34/hr/2926).][[Private, No. 1943](/us/pvt/34/1943).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the John Smith.Payment to heirs.Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the legal representatives of the estate of John Smith, deceased, late of the Soldiers Home, District of Columbia, the sum of one thousand nine hundred and ninety-eight dollars and fifty cents, in full for money deposited with said Home and officers thereof by said John Smith, deceased, during his life time.
