CHAP. 2079.— An Act For the relief of the board of trustees of West Tennessee College, Jackson, Tennessee. April 28, 1906.[[H. R. 5927](/us/bill/34/hr/5927).][[Private, No. 1935](/us/pvt/34/1935).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the West Tennessee College, Tenn.Payment to trustees of.Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to the board of trustees of West Tennessee College, Jackson, Tennessee, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of five thousand dollars, as compensation for occupancy and damages to said college by the Union Army during the war; and for said purposes the above amount is hereby appropriated.
