CHAP. 2079.— An Act To amend an Act to regulate the sitting of the United States courts within the district of South Carolina. February 27, 1907. [[H. R. 22334](/us/bill/59/hr/22334).] [[Public, No. 139](/us/pl/59/139).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, United States courts.South Carolina judicial district.Terms of circuit court.[R. S., sec. 658, p. 122](/us/rs/s658/p122). That the regular terms of the circuit court of the United States for the district of South Carolina shall be held in each year as follows:
In the city of Greenville, on the third Tuesday in April and on the third Tuesday in October; in the city of Columbia, on the third Tuesday in January and on the first Tuesday in November, the latter term to be solely for the trial of civil cases; in the city of Charleston, on t he third Tuesday in March, and in the city of Florence, on the first Tuesday in March. Sec. 2. Terms of district court.[R. S., sec. 572, p. 101](/us/rs/s572/p101). That the regular terms of the district court of the United States for the district of South Carolina shall be held in each year in 1003 the city of Greenville, on the third Tuesday in April and on the third Tuesday in October; in the city of Charleston, on the first Tuesday in June and on the first Tuesday in December; in the city of Columbia, on the third Tuesday in January and on the first Tuesday in November, the latter term to be solely for the trial of civil cases, and in the city of Florence, on the first Tuesday in March.
Sec. 3. That all Acts and parts of Acts inconsistent with the Repeal.provisions of this Act be, and the same are hereby, repealed. Approved, February 27, 1907.
