Y., granted immediate transportation entry privileges.Vol. 21. p. 173. That the privileges of the first section of the Act approved June tenth, eighteen hundred and eighty, relating to the transportation of dutiable merchandise without appraisement, be, and the same are hereby, extended to the port of Buffalo, in the State of New York. Approved, May 3, 1906.
