CHAP. 2071.— An Act For the relief of Hamilton D. South, second lieutenant, United States Marine Corps. February 26, 1907.[[H. R. 1078](/us/bill/34/hr/1078).][[Private, No. 1939](/us/pvt/34/1939).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theHamilton D. South.Payment to. Treasury be, and he is hereby, directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Hamilton D.
South, second lieutenant, United States Marine Corps, the sum of one thousand one hundred and fifty-seven dollars, said sum to be a payment in full for all losses of personal property incurred by him by reason of the destruction by fire of the marine barracks at Pensacola Navy-Yard on the twenty-first day of December, nineteen hundred and one.
