CHAP. 2070.— An Act To correct the naval record of John McKinnon, alias John Mack. February 26, 1907.[[S. 1160](/us/bill/34/s/1160).][[Private, No. 1938](/us/pvt/34/1938).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theJohn McKinnon, alias John Mack.Naval record corrected. Navy be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to remove the charge of desertion from the naval record of John McKinnon, alias John Mack, late of Company L, Sixteenth Pennsylvania Cavalry, and seaman on the United States steamship North Carolina and United States steamship Brooklyn, and to grant him a discharge from the naval service of the United States: *Provided,* That no bounty, pay,*Proviso.*No pay. etc. or other emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act.
