CHAP. 2038.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Kate Gilmore. April 27, 1906.[[S. 4606](/us/bill/34/s/4606).][[Private, No. 1906](/us/pvt/34/1906).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theKate Gilmore.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Kate Gilmore, widow of John Gilmore, late of Company A, First Regiment Virginia Volunteer Cavalry, and One hundred and nineteenth Company, Second Battalion, Veteran Reserve Corps, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
