CHAP. 203.— An Act Granting a pension to John Gainsback. February 10, 1906.[[H. R. 6116](/us/bill/59/hr/6116).][[Private, No. 189](/us/pvt/59/189).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the John Gainsback.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John Gainsback, late of Company F, Twenty-ninth Regiment United States Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 10, 1906.
