CHAP. 1994.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Gottlieb Kirchner. February 26, 1907.[[H. R. 21060](/us/bill/34/hr/21060).][[Private, No. 1862](/us/pvt/34/1862).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Gottlieb Kirchner.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized anti directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Gottlieb Kirchner, late of Eleventh Battery, Indiana Volunteer Light Artillery, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty- six dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
