CHAP. 1985.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Mary Evans. February 26, 1907.[[H. R. 21000](/us/bill/34/hr/21000).][[Private, No. 1853](/us/pvt/34/1853).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Mary Evans.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary Evans, widow of Henry J.
Evans, late of Company G, Twenty-seventh Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of *Proviso*.Increase to cease on death of child.that she is now receiving: *Provided*, That in the event of the death of Jessie F. Evans, helpless and dependent child of said Henry J. Evans, the additional pension herein granted shall cease and determine: *And Pension to child on death of mother.provided further*, That in the event of the death of Mary Evans the name of said Jessie F.
Evans shall be placed on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, at the rate of twelve dollars per month from and after the date of death of said Mary Evans. Approved, February 26, 1907.
