CHAP. 1981.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to John Carpenter. April 26, 1906.[[S. 3566](/us/bill/34/s/3566).][[Private, No. 1851](/us/pvt/34/1851).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the John Carpenter.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1841laws, the name of John Carpenter, late of Company K, Thirtieth Regiment Iowa Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lien of that he is now receiving. Approved, April 26, 1906.
