CHAP. 1972.— An Act Granting a pension to Harriett B. Summers. April 26, 1906.[[S. 3303](/us/bill/34/s/3303).][[Private, No. 1842](/us/pvt/34/1842).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Harriett B. Summer.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Harriett B.
Summers, imbecile and dependent 1839daughter of William H. Summers, late of Company D, Forty-second Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, April 26, 1906.
