CHAP. 1960.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Catharine Weigert. February 26, 1907.[[H. R. 20861](/us/bill/34/hr/20861).][[Private, No. 1828](/us/pvt/34/1828).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Catharine Weigert.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Catharine Weigert, widow of Charles Weigert, late of Company B, One hundred and thirty-ninth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
