CHAP. 1953.— An Act Granting a pension to Susan Penington. April 26, 1906.[[S. 2832](/us/bill/34/s/2832).][[Private, No. 1823](/us/pvt/34/1823).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Susan Penington.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Susan Penington, widow of John Penington, late of Company A, Twenty-fourth Regiment, and captain Company A, Forty-seventh Regiment Kentucky Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
